Site Road Gantry Design and Manufacture

A J specialist welding were tasked with the design and supply of a gantry to span over an existing site road. The main objective was to provide a steel structure capable of fixing adequate road signs for site traffic management of both quarry vehicles and haulage contractors.

AJS came up with an initial idea from which we designed, developed, and manufactured at our works in Coalville including sending for galvanised finish and delivering to site. AJS also supplied the required foundation designs for the client to undertake these works before the gantry arrived on site ready for installation.
